Plus, hosting it in our backyard meant we could have all the charm of an outdoor adventure with the convenience of being close to home.

Of course, transforming our backyard into a glamping paradise wasn’t without its challenges. From setting up the tents and decorations to planning activities that would keep a group of energetic 5-year-olds entertained, there was a lot to think about. But with a bit of creativity and a whole lot of love, I was determined to give her a birthday she’d cherish forever.
